Beverage Program Development

I specialize in crafting bespoke beverage programs that elevate the drinking experience and drive profitability. My work includes developing a comprehensive cocktail book for a renowned rum brand, showcasing both classic and signature rum-based cocktails. I also designed a full cocktail menu for a restaurant in Trinidad and Tobago, creating unique pairings that complement the local cuisine. My expertise extends to curating wine and spirit lists for bars and restaurants, with a focus on strategic procurement and selection.

To ensure efficient service and enhance the quality of cocktails, I implement advanced techniques such as pre-batching and sustainable practices, including the use of super juice and seasonal ingredients. My approach emphasizes locality, incorporating indigenous flora and fauna into innovative drink creations.

Consulting (Brands & Distributors)

I provide expert consulting services to brands and distributors, offering educational seminars and tasting sessions that showcase product quality and enhance consumer understanding. My work includes collaborating with wine brands to improve product quality through acidification and other techniques, and conducting educational showcases for distributors to promote category awareness and cocktail creation.

Brand Strategy and Activation

I excel at creating engaging brand experiences through virtual activations and product launches. My services include hosting virtual tastings and educational sessions, and providing market trend analysis to inform strategic decisions. I have successfully driven category growth in Caribbean markets by identifying and promoting emerging trends such as Gin and Islay Scotch.

Education and Training

My educational seminars and workshops have reached diverse audiences, including corporate clients at annual general meetings for organizations like CANTO, Liberty Latin America, and CARICOM. These sessions feature live cocktail demonstrations, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, delivered virtually. I have also shared my expertise at industry conferences, speaking on topics such as the rise of non-alcoholic beverages and the elevation of rum.

Product Development

My innovative spirit tasting boxes have been a resounding success, offering consumers a unique opportunity to explore a wide range of spirits. I meticulously selected 24 spirits, including whiskies, rums, vodkas, gins, brandies, and tequilas, to create a comprehensive tasting experience. Each box included 30ml samples, informational cards, and a video series that I personally recorded. A separate box was dedicated to exploring the diverse world of whiskey. These boxes were created to expand the palate of the consumer and create a unique drinking experience.

Social Media and AI Drinkologistt

My commitment to accessible beverage education extends to my social media presence on Instagram and YouTube, where I share insights on various aspects of the drinking experience, including history, varietals, regions, trends, pairings, and terminology. I also engage with my audience through livestreams and Q&A sessions.

Furthermore, I have developed a cutting-edge resource for beverage education: AI Drinkologistt, an AI-trained assistant powered by my extensive knowledge base. This innovative tool provides instant answers to any questions about drinks, making expert knowledge readily accessible.
