How It All Began

My journey into the world of drinks started at the age of sixteen when I discovered a passion for pairing food and beverages. What began as a curiosity quickly evolved into a lifelong pursuit of understanding the art and science behind drinks.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology, specializing in Molecular Gastronomy, where I explored the intersection of food and drink science. This unique foundation gave me a scientific perspective on flavor and innovation in beverages.

Afterward, I pursued my Master’s degree in Management at the University of Southern California, where I immersed myself in the global wine and spirits scene. It was during this time that I achieved an Advanced Certification from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET), solidifying my expertise in the complexities of wine and spirits.

Over the years, I’ve cultivated my expertise by working with a variety of clients, brands, and projects in the beverage industry. My work has spanned from crafting unique cocktail experiences to leading educational initiatives, always with a focus on simplifying and elevating drink culture.

I’ve collaborated with bars, restaurants, and beverage brands to:

  • Develop signature cocktail menus tailored to their unique style and audience.
  • Train staff on wine, spirits, and cocktail culture, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Design innovative beverage programs that incorporate both classic and modern mixology techniques.

Through these projects, I’ve also partnered with distributors and brands to host tastings and promotional events, helping them engage with their audiences and build brand awareness.
